The Kiss Machine mechanism is based on an articulating, electric train arm. The 'lips' rested on a pivot point between the wheels allowing the operator to articulate the extension arm out with a simple lever. The mobile machine was designed specifically for this spectacle, searching for the interaction of actor and spectator.
Concept and construction together with Marco Collabucci /I. Realized in the context of 'Wheel of Power', a theatrical production in an empty train factory, staged by Derevo /RU for the 400th anniversary of the city of Mannheim /D, 2007
